Fulfillment Policy
Plan Purchase
- Users can purchase transformation plans on The Interiorr to access our AI-powered interior design services.
- Plan benefits are non-transferable and can only be used on The Interiorr platform.
- There is no subscription model; all purchases are made on a per-plan basis providing a set number of room transformations.
Plan Usage
- Transformations will be deducted from your plan allowance upon successful generation of a room design.
- Unused transformations from your purchased plan remain valid in your account indefinitely.
- Plans include: Refresh (3 transformations), Renovate (20 transformations), and Redesign (100 transformations).
Refunds
- All sales are final. The Interiorr does not offer refunds for purchased plans.
- We encourage users to try our free Refresh plan before upgrading to paid plans.
Technical Issues
- If you experience technical difficulties that prevent successful room transformation generation, please contact our support team.
- We will work to resolve technical issues promptly and may provide compensation in the form of additional transformations if the issue was on our end.
Changes to Policy
The Interiorr reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform.
